c) The excursions that are contracted by the consumer at the destination will be governed in relation to the cancellation expenses by their specific conditions, all of them sharing the penalty of 100% of their amount if the consumer does not appear for them. The conditions set for cancellation expenses will be fully applicable regardless of whether the cancellation has occurred due to force majeure on the part of the consumer.
